Knowledge alone is not enough

Recently Gallup posted an article stating “More than 90% of Fortune 500 companies have used CliftonStrengths to bring the power of strengths-based development to their workplace culture. Every year, more organizations of all sizes give leaders and their teams the chance to become great at what they're naturally good at”.

While this is encouraging, Gallup also found that only a measly 15% of employees worldwide are engaged at work.

Companies across our planet know employees are disengaged and witness the effects of lack of productivity and substandard individual performance on a daily basis and experience undesirable organisational results month after month.

I use the CliftonStrengths Assessment as a powerful tool to provide Coaching discussions with

Business Leaders and Teams with a solid foundation to underpin the Coaching journey and self-development.

Knowing your own and others’ Talents and Strengths, unlocks a door to a world where understanding, potential and possibilities awaits both individuals and Organisations.

The impact of the results of the assessment combined with Coaching discussions proof to be vast and inevitably leads to an increase in self-awareness and other-awareness, improved engagement, improved productivity and improved individual performance.

Give your staff the gift of performance, help them help you to improve their level of engagement and thereby improve your Organisation’s performance and well-being.
